Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy:
Rescheduling: Patients can reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without any extra charges.
Cancellation & Refunds: To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original Visa/Mastercard used within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank’s policy.
No-Show: If a patient fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, the clinic reserves the right to retain the advance payment as a cancellation fee.
Privacy & Payment Security Policy:
We are committed to protecting your personal and medical privacy.
Payment Security: All credit card/Visa transactions are processed securely through an authorized and encrypted payment gateway. Our website does not store, keep, or have access to any of your credit card details or CVV codes.
Personal Data: Your name, phone number, and email are strictly used for booking confirmations and communication regarding your dental appointments.
